We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at https://www.laserignitershop.com. We offer a 30-Day Return Policy from the date you receive your item.

Quality Issues (Defects & Damage):
If your laser igniter arrives damaged or experiences performance issues (e.g., failure to ignite, laser defects) within 30 days of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. We may ask for a quick photo or video of the issue to speed up the process.

Non-Quality Issues (Change of Mind):
If you simply change your mind, you can still return the product within 30 days. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Important Note on Returns:
Please note that our main return facility is located in China. For any non-quality returns, the buyer is fully responsible for paying the international return shipping costs to China. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed immediately and automatically applied to your original method of payment (PayPal) within a few business days.
