1. Does your product have a quality guarantee?

All our products come with an official 3-month warranty. If any manufacturing defects or quality issues occur under normal use within this period, we offer free returns, replacements, or repairs. We will also cover all round-trip shipping costs

2. Does the product price include taxes and shipping fees?

We offer free shipping on all orders and fully cover all customs duties and import taxes. The price you see for the product is the final price you pay—there are absolutely no hidden fees or extra charges upon delivery.

3.How soon will my order be shipped after placing an order?

The order will be shipped within 48 hours after placing an order. After shipping, the tracking number will be sent via SMS/email. You can also log in to your account and check the real – time shipping progress in “My Orders”.

4. Can I modify the delivery address or cancel the order after submitting it?

Before the order is shipped, you can contact the customer service to modify the delivery address or cancel the order. If it has been shipped, the address cannot be modified and the order cannot be cancelled. You need to reject the package when it arrives, and a refund will be processed for you after the package is returned.

5. What is the logistics time - limit for international orders? Will it be seized by the customs?

International shipping typically takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on the customs clearance speed of the destination country. We properly declare all shipments in compliance with regulations. 6. If I am not satisfied with the product after receiving it, can I apply for a return or exchange? What are the conditions?

We support no – reason return or exchange within 7 days after receipt. The following conditions need to be met: the product has not been used and does not affect secondary sales (the packaging/label is complete), If it is returned or exchanged due to product quality problems, the freight shall be borne by us.
