1. Does your product have a quality guarantee?

All products are provided with an official 1 – month warranty. In case of non – human – caused quality problems within the warranty period, free return, exchange or repair is available, and the round – trip freight will be borne by us.

2. Does the product price include taxes and shipping fees?

Orders over $299 enjoy free shipping worldwide. The price of international orders does not include customs duties, and the recipient shall bear the customs duties by themselves.

3.How soon will my order be shipped after placing an order?

The order will be shipped within 48 hours after placing an order. After shipping, the tracking number will be sent via SMS/email. You can also log in to your account and check the real – time shipping progress in “My Orders”.

4. Can I modify the delivery address or cancel the order after submitting it?

Before the order is shipped, you can contact the customer service to modify the delivery address or cancel the order. If it has been shipped, the address cannot be modified and the order cannot be cancelled. You need to reject the package when it arrives, and a refund will be processed for you after the package is returned.

5. What is the logistics time - limit for international orders? Will it be seized by the customs?

The logistics time – limit for international orders is usually 7 – 15 working days, subject to the customs clearance speed at the destination. We will declare according to the regulations. If it is seized due to customs clearance problems, you can contact the customer service to assist in providing the necessary customs clearance materials.

6. If I am not satisfied with the product after receiving it, can I apply for a return or exchange? What are the conditions?

We support no – reason return or exchange within 7 days after receipt. The following conditions need to be met: the product has not been used and does not affect secondary sales (the packaging/label is complete), and the return or exchange freight shall be borne by you. If it is returned or exchanged due to product quality problems, the freight shall be borne by us.
